Sintered Ceramic
Ceramic Magnets, also known as Ferrite magnets are the most widely used magnet material to date. This is due to their relative low cost and good magnetic performance.
Machining simple shapes (Blocks, Rings & Discs) are easy. For more complex shapes choose Bonded Ceramic.
Although they are not the strongest material (magnetically) they offer a good all round magnet due to their high working temperature and resistance to corrosion.
We offer Ceramic 1, 5, 8 and 8C as standard materials. Available in Isotropic and Anisotropic Materials.
