Polymer Bonded Magnets

Injection molded polymer bonded magnets are made from magnetic compound mixed with bonding agents to create an injection moldable material.  The two main types are bonded ceramic and bonded rare-earth.  Once a tool has been made then polymer bonded magnets can be made rapidly to exacting dimensions.  Polymer bonded magnets can be made to unusual shapes and have specific magnet orientations.  Polymer bonded usually have a low working temperature due to the bonding agent.
