Samarium Cobalt is another material
within the rare-earth material range. Although the
energy product of Samarium Cobalt is not as high as NdFeB it
still is a high performing material. Compared with NdFeB
Samarium Cobalt has a much higher working temperature and good
corrosion resistance. Drawbacks include brittleness and
high manufacture costs.
